Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the POSHPORT platform or engaging our event services. These terms govern your relationship with us and outline both our obligations and yours.
By accessing or using the POSHPORT website or booking any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
POSHPORT provides premium event planning, coordination, and management services including but not limited to weddings, anniversary celebrations, birthday parties, corporate events, and ring ceremonies. All services are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from POSHPORT and the applicable booking amount has been received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion. Booking slots are not guaranteed until payment is completed.
A booking amount (as specified during the booking process) is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be settled as per the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept major credit/debit cards and UPI.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. In the event that POSHPORT cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued within 7–10 business days.
You may request to reschedule your event up to 21 days before the original date, subject to availability and a rescheduling fee of ₹2,000. Rescheduling requests made within 21 days of the event will be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation policy will apply.
The client is responsible for providing accurate event information, ensuring timely communication, obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for the event venue, and ensuring the safety and conduct of their guests. POSHPORT is not liable for damages caused by third parties or circumstances outside our control.
All content on the POSHPORT website including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and event designs are the intellectual property of POSHPORT. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written permission. Event photographs taken by our team remain the property of POSHPORT and may be used for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, POSHPORT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific booking.
POSHPORT shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, power failures, or acts of terrorism. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
POSHPORT reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
